Foods You Can Eat
While purging your body of Parasites
The most important thing you need to do is avoid Sugar, Carbohydrates and Antihistamines. Parasites feed on sugars and carbohydrates so the least amount you eat of these foods, the quicker they will die off and be purged from your body.
Also avoid dairy including cheese as it is mucous producing. This just creates more hiding areas for the parasites to be less detected.
Try to use “Low Glycemic Index” vegetables. Vegetables lower in sugars and carbs. Stay away from vegetables higher in sugars/carbs; sweet potatoes, yams, corn, squash, peas.
Use Olive oil and butter instead of margarine.
VEGETABLES:
All vegetables (preferably low glycemic index – low sugar content)
Baked, roasted and steamed are best, boiled is OK but you lose nutritional values.
- NO potatoes because they are high in carbohydrates
- NO raw vegetables (The body converts the sugar in raw vegetables more quickly than cooked vegetables. Salads, etc.)
MEATS: POULTRY:
All meats except Pork Chicken
Bacon & Ham are OK Eggs

FISH:
All fish– preferably no shell fish. Shell fish are scavengers and feed off of the bottom of water beds.
